I authorize Oak Mountain Winery to bill my credit card bi-monthly (six times per year) for each shipment including taxes and applicable shipping costs.  I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Oak Mountain Winery to cancel or change billing or shipping information.  I understand that I can cancel my membership at any time after four shipments (three shipments for Adventure Club), but cannot cancel any shipment within 10 days of the shipping date.  Should you be unable to pick up your shipment prior to 6 months, we reserve the right to charge your credit card plus applicable shipping fees.  I understand I am opting in to receive email newsletters from Oak Mountain and may unsubscribe at any time.  I will receive an email two weeks prior to the shipping date.  I understand that an adult of at least 21 years of age is required to sign at the time of delivery or UPS will not leave the package.  Early cancellation fee prior to 4 shipments is a $30 processing fee.  By adding this wine club to your cart and proceeding to check out you are agreeing to the terms stated above.
