Our 100% Cabernet Franc is made very traditional and true to the varietal. The flavors represent Cabernet Franc at its best, combining green peppery notes with dark fruits and dynamic acidity and tannins The palate, with pleasant density balanced by juiciness, gives up a range of pretty fruit—plum, cherry, red berry—while fine tannins offer texture, structure and richness. Pair with roasted pork, beef burgers, beef stew, meatballs in tomato sauce or turkey with cranberry.
